At Prime Wardrobe, We are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and efficiently.

1. Shipping 

We are pleased to offer Free UK Delivery on all orders.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery services generally operate between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries may be available in certain areas on request and will be confirmed in advance if applicable.Delivery times vary depending on product availability and delivery location.

3. Order Processing & Transit Times

Because we handle large-scale furniture, our delivery process includes specialised handling to ensure the safety of your items. 

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days.

Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery across the United Kingdom generally takes 5–8 business days, depending on your specific location and the size of the wardrobe.

Estimated delivery time based on customer locations is about 8– 12 working days.  

4. Planning Your Delivery

Once your order is placed we will contact you to update you about your delivery date that suits you. Our delivery team will telephone you approximately 60 minutes before the arrival, so please make sure the phone number on your order is correct one. 

5. Missed Delivery

If a delivery date has been agreed and:

  • the customer is not available on the day of delivery to receive the item, or

  • cancels or reschedules the delivery less than 24 hours before delivery 

we may charge a re-delivery fee of £25 to cover the cost of the second visit. f you need to change your delivery date, please tell us before 24 hours and we will rearrange alternative date  free of charge.

6. Specialised Furniture Handling

Delivery is made to the ground floor entrance of your property. Our standard service does not include carrying items upstairs, unpacking, assembly or removal of packaging. Items are delivered flat packed with assembly instructions included.

Assembly Services: If you have selected our professional assembly service, this will be scheduled same day with delivery.

7. Checking your delivery

Please inspect your goods on arrival. If the item is damaged or incorrect, tell us as soon as possible so we can rearrange it free of cost. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
