2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

  • Accuracy: We strive to display the colours and images of our furniture as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

3. DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY

  • Access: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that large furniture items can fit through doorways and hallways into the "room of choice."

  • Assembly: If you have booked our professional assembly service, the area must be cleared and ready for our team upon arrival.

4. CANCELLATION & COOLING-OFF PERIOD

 In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to cancel your order. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details on how to exercise this right.

5. Our Liability (Consumers)

 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence,

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,

  • or any other liability that cannot be limited under law.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable.
